How far in advance should I place my rental reservation?

As the saying goes, "the sooner, the better" to ensure product availability.  Three weeks before your event is highly recommended .  If less than three weeks, we will do our best to meet your event needs. 

How do I place my rental reservation?

Please email us or leave your contact information with your event rental needs. After confirming your reservation details via email, a finalized quote will be created and emailed.  A 50% retainer of the total amount is due to reserve rental items.  Once payment has been received, a reservation confirmation email will be sent to email address provided within 48 hours.  If email is not received within 48 hours, contact us immediately. 

How does your delivery and pick-up work?

We will contact you the week of your event date to schedule your delivery and pick-up times.  We deliver and pick-up all Sweetwater Social Event Rental items.  There will be a delivery fee based on delivery location and services rendered.  Please speak with company representative for additional fee information.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due prior to your event delivery date. Failure of payment will result in a delayed delivery and forfeiture of 50% reservation retainer fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of the rental industry, rental items are removed from the availability list once a confirmed reservation is placed.  Therefore, our cancellation policy stands as below:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to admin@SweetwaterSocialEventRentals.com. 

If cancellation of Event occurs within three (3) business days of date of Event, any deposits and all payments made will not be refunded to Client or any other person in conjunction with this Agreement. No refunds will be given and all Payments made to Sweetwater Social Event Rentals for Event Date will be held if Cancellation occurs.

 

What if I need to change the date of my reservation?

If Client chooses to reschedule the Event Date and there is another date the event needs to be moved to, Sweetwater Social Event Rentals will do the absolute best to accommodate the new date with the coordinating items, but cannot guarantee rental items will be available.

This Agreement will start over with a new Agreement with the new details to the Event Date and Logistic Information.

If Rescheduling the Event Date occurs, all Payments made to Sweetwater Social Event Rentals will transfer to the new Event Date and a new Agreement will be created.

Date changes must be made in writing to between Client and Sweetwater Social Event Rentals at least eight (8) business days before Event date.
